Nurse Hours are 8:25 AM-3:55 PM

Health Information
Please inform the nurse if your child has any change in their health status. 
Please send updated immunization forms to the nurse after any new vaccinations for your child.
PA state requires students to be completely immunized by the fifth day of school.
Please update the Emergency Information for your student in Infinite Campus

School Specific Information
Physical Exams required- K/1st and 6th grade
Dental Exams required- K/1st and 3rd grade
